One of the most famous hotels in the United States will be investigated for paranormal activity courtesy of the upcoming Discovery, a new television series.

For the first time ever, the Cecil Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, California will have film crews trying to capture ghostly signs in its halls. A two-hour special of ‘Ghost Adventures: Cecil Hotel’ will be available on Discovery+ in January 2021.

Discovery’s official press release says the “Ghost Adventures” crew — Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley, and Billy Tolley — will focus on the hotel’s past, spooky moments.

These moments include the publicized case of Elisa Lam, a Canadian tourist whose body was found in a hotel water tank.
