Webcam Hotel Campitello Di Fassa – Nestled between the peaks of the Langkofel (Sassolungo), Campitello has all the charm of a village in the Dolomites plus the amenities you’d expect from a major tourist center.
From the village you can take a cable car to Col Rodella (2480 m). From here you can reach the Col Rodella and Serraronda ski area in winter and a series of exciting excursions in summer.

A popular tourist destination both in summer and winter, the village of Campitello di (1450 m above sea level) has traditional wooden porches and stairs, historic buildings, rustic “tobies” (“barns” Ladin), narrow The winding streets still remain. But today there are also hotels, bars, restaurants and shops that are typical of a modern and competitive tourist resort.

Campitello di was the first tourist and mountaineering resort in the valley. It stands at the mouth of the Val d’Uron, a valley named after the river that runs through the village. From Campitello di you can admire and reach Col Rodella, called “Balcony of the Dolomites” with its impressive rock spiers. When you reach this natural terrace, which is also the starting area for paragliding and hang gliding enthusiasts, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the entire valley.
Towering around the village you can see the Sassolungo chain and the great massifs Sass Pordoi and Col Pelous. From here you take the cable car to the picturesque village of Pian, the old Ladin village, now a protected area. You can also head to the Col Rodella-Belvedere ski area, part of the famous Serra Ronda ski tour.
A landmark for the entire valley, Campitello is also home to Centro Ischia, where many sports can be practiced. Here you’ll find an outdoor climbing wall (also used for international competitions), plus soccer, basketball, miniature golf, bike paths, an outdoor gym and a golf course.
