It is very difficult to write because it is in two parts, as mentioned earlier. The hotel is in an ideal location right on the beach. The rooms are very nice with nice bathrooms and balconies. Everything is renovated. All staff are excellent. Tony is great as an entertainment manager. The lovely girl in charge of the pool bar during the day was excellent. We enjoyed the food there. The pool is very nice with great sun loungers. Comfortable thick mattresses. Not sure about constant noise and music. It’s hard to find a quiet place to sit. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. But there were two downsides. I was confused reading the reviews because some say the food is great and some say it’s bad. We had half board and I’m afraid I’m leaning towards bad reviews. The foods used are often canned rather than fresh. I know I saw the delivery! The quality of the product, such as a steak, is poor. Zero presentation. I do not expect this from a four star Spanish hotel. There is a limited selection and poor quality of the cooking show. With so many options available, hotels should do a better job. For this reason, we cannot return. My second problem was the following. I like to sit somewhere in silence in the evening and drink coffee. The only seating area in this hotel is the entertainment lounge bar, which is not a quiet bar. There is nowhere else to sit. The hotel has many regular guests. This was our first visit and not once did we feel treated differently. It’s friendly and you can have a great time if you accept the food quality restrictions. So a five star holiday in some respects. But three stars because of the identified problems.

Staying here for the first time, we chose it because of its great location and sea view. I read some inappropriate reviews that mentioned the age of the guests and suggested repeat visits. We are in our fifties and yes most but not all of the guests were older than us but age is just a number and the place had a great friendly atmosphere, we never noticed any special treatment. The staff are great, no matter the position or department, they were fantastic. A special mention to Tony, the animator, he was very professional in his work and attentive, with a great sense of humor. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, I never had to queue, probably because it wasn’t all inclusive and people didn’t go crazy for drinks. Evening entertainment was good, some nights are better than others, but we went out some nights and enjoyed ourselves as our stay was our passion, whichever nights we stayed at the hotel. The food was good, always plenty of choice, definitely catered for the British guest, but that wasn’t a problem. We never felt the need to eat out instead of going to a restaurant. It is very busy early but we ate at 20.00 and it was quiet. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and tidy with very comfortable sun loungers. The hotel is absolutely spotless, definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed in and I have been to many. The rooms are functional with good storage space, plenty of TV channels and powerful showers with plenty of hot water at any time of the day.

Spent 4 days here at the end of a week long cruise, we loved it, we were in room 106, ground floor with a very large terrace overlooking the beach. The room is very modern but very comfortable, amazing shower, plenty of room for clothes etc. Amazing food for breakfast and dinner, we always love to eat out and eat on the lovely outdoor terrace. Entertainment every night which we didn’t go to as we prefer to hang around beach bars etc, nice pool which is usually busy but we prefer the beach which is literally across the road would definitely recommend and would come back again if you stay in Palma. New star.
Hotel, location, staff, food excellent. You can’t fault the hotel once you get used to fast retirees getting sun loungers around the pool. The best beach in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean Great Spa will return for your wine and snacks and is already booked. Next year
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August 2022. All compliments regarding cleanliness etc. are accurate. However, if you have more pulse, this hotel is not for you. Basically, it is planned to include a chair lift in the pool for persons of retirement age and older. No apologies are made in this regard, so in other words, if you do not meet the above criteria, it is quite obvious that you should have stayed at the Melia Hotel with a more rounded atmosphere or some other hotel with a normal atmosphere. Everything about this hotel is made for repeat guests. It’s literally a retirement home in the sun with a pool, so spend your hard-earned money by choosing another place in Palma Nova with a more festive vibe. To your health.

This hotel is about 1/4 mile from Magaluf’s many sun loungers and there was no party when I was there in April.
Yes, they also have a chair that slides down into the disabled pool. and canteen workers. From what I’ve seen, they pick up visitors in wheelchairs.
Yes they are in your room upon arrival if you want to change them it is one euro with a 12 euro deposit free of charge if you do not change them during your stay.
