Enjoy your stay at this hotel. Beautiful decorations were made for Christmas. The children loved the playground. We had dinner in a restaurant. good value for money. Quite a nice night out as was my daughter so it was nice not to be busy. A big thank you to Patricia, she was absolutely amazing with Zoe and the other children. Will definitely be back. We lose the beginning because we find an article of clothing on the bed that does not belong to us. Otherwise, it will return.
Stayed here for 1 night with family. I had a tight break for fun, especially when it rained on the same day, there was a lot to do with the kids inside. I had dinner at the hotel in the evening and usually hotel restaurants can be hit or miss and expensive but this was not the case, the food here was delicious and the bottle of wine reasonably priced. I will definitely be back for a family vacation.

We had a lovely stay at the Clonakilty Park Hotel. The room was spacious and spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we decided to extend our stay by staying in the same room. The light play and entertainment center was a big hit with our 3 year old and Micheal was wonderful. Breakfast was 10/10, a great start to the day as the breakfast room has a lovely peaceful atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back.

From the moment I arrived, I found all the staff, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff and manager, to be very friendly and helpful, and the hotel also provided excellent home-grown food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as music in the evenings. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the village of Clonakilty and close to many amenities and attractions, there is plenty of free parking within the hotel.

A perfect hotel for families or anyone wanting to visit beautiful West Cork, the hotel had great facilities for children, spotlessly clean room, the bar/restaurant had no atmosphere or personality but the staff were good enough especially Trisha who made our staying to make friends. our two sons and make them feel special, he is an absolute treasure and a credit to the hotel.

I have to say I thought the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.. Nothing was a problem for them.. From reception on arrival, maids and waitresses in the dining room. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
One evening we got back to the hotel at 8:30pm and they asked if we could have dinner in the restaurant, no I was quiet early to finish dinner even though I was told they had finished taking orders.
The best hotel we stayed in, the staff and food were excellent. The kids absolutely loved it. Lots to do with the kids (indoor activities, outdoor playground with large wooden boat, pool and cinema. We have booked again for 1st November and hope to stay at least once a month. Highly recommended.
Me and my wife stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent customer service. The breakfast was perfect. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would definitely stay again if in the area.

A really great hotel for a family stay, the location was great and the common areas of the hotel have been updated since our last visit, it looks really smart, the playground is great! A few things are just the rooms are very old, but this is trivial – and with the covid restrictions, the tenants’ trip to the pool could be better organized, again small, but 5 stars would be good 🙂

Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness or our hotel room. There were old cobwebs on the dusty thresholds of the curtains. There was food left on the carpet from the previous guest and after asking twice for a crib, we didn’t get one for our 6 month old. This was brought to the attention of the receptionist, who apologized and said that this should not have happened. But the common areas were very modern, sanitized and well maintained.

The bedroom and the bed are very comfortable, but the night lamp does not work. Central heating, although not particularly cold, is quite inadequate for November nights. Shower/hook ‘switch’ broken in bathroom – already fixed. Wifi is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As for dinner – the seafood soup was good, but the rest was boring and heavy. breakfast food
