The whole stay was terrible. The rooms were probably furnished with the same furniture when they opened. The staff was not helpful. Every time we asked they always said they didn’t know. Please don’t stay here.
No toothbrush or toothpaste provided, which I think they should have. It’s a group of tourists knocking on our door at night.

Breakfast was good, although the toaster was broken (didn’t move). Food such as nosi lemak, fried kway, noodle soup, prata, eggs, green beans were distributed here. The good thing about the hotel is that it has interconnecting rooms with sea view.
The room and property are not well maintained. I feel like checking it as soon as I enter the room. Some of the observations of the room: dirty sheets, air conditioning, very dirty window + weeds on the window and TV remote control that does not work. The room is smelly, the pillows are very old and dirty. The TV was not working well. The air conditioning was noisy and 18°C felt like 27°C
Internet is slow and keeps dropping out. Old furniture. Both my beds are not in good condition. They asked for a newspaper, but no one will send it to the room for inspection. The toilet should be flushed several times, then you can only walk through. if he bathes only 1 time, it won’t work. The floor in the house is not properly cleaned. There is a bit of a mess in the bottles from previous guests. They were almost injured. There is not much food for breakfast. Fruit is not added

There is a lot of wildlife (birds) around the breakfast area, it is best to cover all food in the tray. The room is a bit old, the toilets are old, the air conditioner cannot regulate the temperature, the hotel needs a good renovation.
