Royal Crepes is one of my favorite restaurants in Beacon, NY. Delicious sweet and savory pancakes, perhaps exotic in the Hudson Valley, but very close to my heart (and taste buds) Eastern European cuisine, warm interior with modern rustic accents. Recommend it for lunch or brunch. My personal favorites from the delicious menu (nutrition/bodybuilding coach-approved choices?) include the Salmon, Feta, Grilled Veggie Spread & Fried Egg Crepe, and the Grilled Chicken, Pesto, Mushroom & Mozzarella Cheese Crepe. On the sweet side, I always go with my banana/Nutella/strawberry crepe.
