Saracen Casino Resort in Pine Bluff will create about 800 jobs in the next few weeks as it prepares to open in early October, it announced Thursday.

On June 13, 2019, the Arkansas Racing Commission unanimously approved a casino license sought by the Quapaw Tribe to build a casino in Jefferson County east of the Pine Bluff Mall in Pine Bluff.
