Chinook Winds Motel(dubois): 2022 Room Price Deals Review
The Sylhet Tribal Council decided on December 1 to close the Chinook Winds Casino Resort (CWCR) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Lincoln County Public Health, the number of virus cases in Lincoln County spiked in late November, and CWCR also treated at least 10 workplaces.
However, six weeks after the closure, the Siletz Tribal Council decided to reopen the CWCR with enhanced security measures. Chinook Winds on January 15, 2021
“We know this is a challenging time for our community and team members. We have taken the time to ensure a safe reopening. We welcome anyone who feels safe to visit,” CEO Michael S. Fisher said.

We have been at CWCR for many years. They updated the place, it’s nice, but the beds are hard as a rock! The refrigerator is broken. The room has a partial view of the ocean, but you have a good view of the attached apartments. Pools and hot tubs have not reopened, although most resorts have reopened them. We were informed when we booked. A real loss as we have holidayed here with our children for many years! So sad!

We are sorry to be disappointed by the closure of our pool and spa, but for your convenience we have posted this information online so you can view it before booking. Although it is unfortunate that some aspects of your stay did not go as you hoped, we hope you enjoyed your partial ocean view. The lower floor is wheelchair accessible through the back door. Found potato bugs in our room and dead ones on the floor…I think they came from the hole in the wall behind the sink where the plumbing connects. If you can get over the fact that the beds are comfortable and the ocean view is great. The pool and jacuzzi are closed, which is currently not indicated on their website, otherwise we would have chosen something else.

Such a fun ride. Our room was on the ground floor, we loved hearing the waves all night and the sea during the day. . The weather was beautiful so we went for a walk on the beach checking out the tide pools and cliffs. Can’t wait to go back in July.

Please contact the hotel directly for pool hours. The fitness center closes at 21:00, but the pool is not guaranteed to be open.

Hello! Of course we have an indoor pool. 3 of our 4 buildings are centrally located. Very easily accessible.
We offer a pool and hot tub. domestic We Jr. We also offer another hot tub in the Suites building. We hope you like it. Two Oregon tribal-run casinos are set to reopen to the public next week, the first to reopen in the state amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Mill Casino Hotel in North Bend will reopen to the public on May 18 and the Chinook Winds Casino Resort in Lincoln City will reopen on May 21. Both casinos have been closed since March.
Chinook Winds Casino Resort announced Thursday that it will reopen in phases and operate with reduced hours to give employees time to disinfect and clean.
