As in previous years, MH Hotel maintains the concept of kampung-style delicacies. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to return to our kampung for more than two years, so Hotel MH decided to introduce dishes of Malay origin.
Another main course is Sup Tulang Tuju Keturunan (Beef Rib Soup). Kambing bakar (fried lamb), kukur utang (shrimp fries), ulam (fresh herb salad) and various kuih (traditional cakes) are also available.
“Five main menus change daily, including Masak Lemak Lala Sili Ap, Masak Lemak Nanka Tumis Darat and Ayam Goreng Berempah. Meanwhile, the noodle station serves laksa, mee rebus, mee bandung and others,” he said.
This “Lumbian Destinasi Selera Kampung” Ramadan Buffet will be held in the Grand Ballroom of MH Hotel which can accommodate 250 people at a time. It will be from April 4th to May 1st from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
