Beautiful hotel inside and out We had a great time with the kids. Good food. Heated pool in the kids pool. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed every day at the hotel.
We enjoyed the hotel and the food was super, the only problem was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and while they gave us a fan it was a very humid night. The second night they gave me a different room which was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. will definitely go back

Great stay Adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines. All bar and restaurant staff wear sunshades. Maintain distance between tables etc. We enjoyed our stay and have booked again in August.

Having said that, even though we have been to many hotels. We have a quiet room with a modern computer. The breakfast was awesome. I am on a special diet And there’s no problem accepting gluten-free and dairy-free foods. the staff is polite The swimming pool was clean. All in all, we were very impressed.
Myself, my husband and my 2 children had a wonderful stay at the Abbey Hotel. All the staff are very friendly and polite. We ate every night at the hotel. and the food is delicious We all enjoy leisure facilities. The staff here are lovely too. I have recommended this hotel to my sister. And she has booked a room for 2 nights, his son thinks he lives in a princess castle…. he is very happy
Very nice hotel, lovely, helpful staff. and the food is awesome We ate at the bar the first night and the restaurant the second night. The room was very warm and the beds could have been more comfortable. However, the kids had a great time and enjoyed their time in the beautiful pool. Take a zipit trip on Lough Key and visit the Arigna Mine on the way home.
+ not far from the town of Roscommon, beautiful temples and lovely staff We went to my girlfriend’s birthday party. And they left a bottle of chocolate and prosecco in our room – no heating!! Our room was very cold – our shower was hot the first day. But the second day was barely warm at all. -Restaurants are not tasty and too expensive. Bad service from the waitress as well. To be fair to the staff, they didn’t take the soup off the bill when we complained! – The plugs in our room were a bit out of reach – There was no mini fridge that would have been a welcome addition to keeping the water cool – The furnishings were also slightly faded. Overall it doesn’t look like a standard 4 star hotel.

Very nice stay in the monastery It’s a nice and relaxing hotel. and the staff is very nice There’s a lovely lawn to sit on, too if it’s sunny, and to relax over the well-preserved ruins of the old Abbey. The hotel is a short drive from the town of Roscommon and a short drive from Lough Ree Pines. Great Guinness too!
I wanted to write this review because Micheal, my husband and myself were very impressed with this hotel. Our first impression was the cleanliness of every inch of this hotel, from the reception to the bathrooms. dining area and the bedroom was clean. We found hospitality and hospitality second to none. i am vegan The chef and staff catered to all my needs in an easy and efficient way. My husband, who is particularly concerned about the quality of the food, said the meat, vegetables and desserts were of excellent quality. We have a daughter who is almost 3 years old with us. And we spent a lot of time in the recreation center which was immaculately clean. It’s very warm and fun for her. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a quality stay. So staying a night or two will appreciate this family friendly hotel more than Marguerite Brady Mc Cormack, KInvara, Co. Galway.
Stayed here for 2 nights, reception area. All lounges and bars are very good. The rooms could be modernized although they are very clean. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The recreation center is very nice and very clean. Nice staff, especially the young bartender. (I don’t remember his name. But I’m sure he’s Polish) About 10 minutes walk to town. Nice pub across the street. If you want a change of scenery – Bear an Raille/The Railway Bar. The food in the restaurant and bar is very good. I didn’t eat roast beef but it was very busy on Monday and Tuesday. So the food must be good.
Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We just want to escape and chill. This is a well-preserved 18th-century hotel. Even if the younger generation wants a sleek looking box, sorry if you’re running out of time. Great food, great drink options, this is the place to go. The staff were excellent in every way. We had a deluxe suite and the guy was talking about going back in time. Original wooden sash windows and a four-poster bed with carved columns. TV doesn’t have many stations. because i watch news and search box But I wasn’t there to watch TV. Will definitely go back as this hotel is hard to find. Refurbishment Of Old Royal Hotel In Boyle To Begin This Week
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Abbey. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. It has a very peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The food was good, but we felt the breakfast could have been hotter. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

I spent a wonderful 3 days midterm break at the Abbey Hotel. I booked a large family room which was spacious enough for my mom, two boys and grandma. The food was very good, good choice in the breakfast buffet, lunch carvery available and bar or restaurant food at night. The kids club is open every evening with a good selection of food.
