For level 1 it has one metal panel, but it is very disappointing because it has a big tear.

Great and polite staff from parking attendant to check out, amazing management practice! We were welcomed by Putri who checked us in, she was very polite and I felt valued as an honorary member. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was cold, the water pressure was good and the hot water was good. The room was very spacious and the TV was at eye level while lying in bed, nice touch and attention to detail. Tried the food service, the price was great value for money and the portion served was also delicious, everything was good. The facilities on level 5 and 5A were also amazing, everything was very clean and organized. The games room was well equipped with a Sony PlayStation, pool table and board games. The park room is a must visit, you can change and swim well. I would say that the cleanliness of this DoubleTree Shah Alam Hilton is much better than Hilton KL, haha. Breakfast at Makan was just amazing…! Again we were received very politely, all the food was delicious in the right temperature and the staff was very attentive to what you wanted or needed. Three must-try dishes at Makan Kitchen: 1. Fresh orange juice – just haha. 2. Roti Canai – has a good season and the thickness was right 3. Many people will miss this: charcoal bangla bread on the bread of Malaysian food there. I was looking, then someone just came up to me and asked if I wanted it? I’m like wow yes! The bread was so rich and delicious that I could have eaten more with the salted butter and kaya. If you like boiled eggs, eat them and wow, you will soon! It’s nice though that they serve ice cream in the morning – five flavors, eat as much as you want! Check in early because I have some things to attend and I have to pay RM5 for parking. With covered parking and a friendly guard, it’s definitely worth it!
The hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, so don’t be surprised when you enter. Just take the elevator to the 4th floor where the hotel is located. Friendly staff. They are happy to please you even if you call them. The room is simple but clean. They also sell essentials to make your stay more enjoyable. The room is quiet, there is ample parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is also close to various restaurants and convenience stores. This hotel is definitely worth it if you need to relax and sleep at a good price 🙂

Stayed in family room with double bed. Spacious and modern design. A basic facility is provided. Ample parking. The customer service staff are very nice and friendly. Easy access to major highways is. NKVE is the highway. Short drive to ICity (mall, park & entertainment) & Bandar Bukit Raja. All the restaurants are nearby.
The hotel is right in the city, you can walk to the main park and to the shopping center, many food shops nearby, the rooms are like the photos, nice and clean.. no problem at all.
