We recommend that you come to the reception desk 5-10 minutes before the agreed time to fill in the health assessment form and enjoy our services in peace.
For the safety of hotel guests, it is forbidden to enter the spa under the influence of drugs and alcohol; The hotel reserves the right to immediately interrupt the wellness program without refunding anyone who abuses drugs and/or alcohol or behaves in a way that disturbs other guests.
