We had a great time at Anne’s, the staff from the reception to the cleaners are very nice, very relaxed atmosphere! We had a small issue with a noisy guest in the room next to us, but the night porter sorted it out very quickly! The food and drinks were delicious and we will definitely be back!

Although the hotel was good, it would only recommend it as a 3 star, but I didn’t use the pool or the leisure center
There was no hot water in the bathroom, so we had to shower with cold water after using the pool. The house also has a very bad smell, like a musty or musty smell, that just won’t go away. I didn’t mention this to the reception that day because I had a wedding that night so I thought there wouldn’t be any other rooms available, but I told the girl at the reception after we checked out. Otherwise the hotel is quite central and the staff are very nice and friendly

A family-friendly hotel that kids love. The food in the bar and restaurant was excellent. No AC or fan in the house, no need to search for towels, toilet paper and iron, the phone in the house didn’t work. Other than the accommodation we had a great stay and would stay here again.
My reservation was not honored. Received an email from a man who said there were too many of them. I have not received the deposit. I was very upset.

Little touches like facials and room service were a breeze and added to our experience. Best staff I’ve seen in years! Remember that kind of customer service that makes it feel like a vacation? This is the right place. Nice place. The Rock of Cashel is just a short drive away. We only stopped for one night to see things in the area – we will return to this hotel. The city has it all, so it’s convenient to get fuel and stock up. The only thing I can fault is that there is a problem with the phone and they are already on it.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. The one bedroom apartment we had was very clean and spacious. Breakfast is cooked to order and piping hot. Overall a good stay. We will be back for another stay
A beautiful hotel with amazing grounds. The hotel is family friendly and the pool is a key feature for a family outing as my 7 year old loves the size and the pool to a degree. There is also a smaller pool for smaller children. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The food was delicious and the bar was lovely. Highly recommended and will return in the future.
A little gem on the outskirts of Thurles. Food and service were excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The swimming pool is very clean. Beautiful garden area. Ample parking and excellent security measures.
We were very disappointed with our hotel room, not at all like the pictures shown and not as spacious as advertised. The bedroom had a small double bed and a single bed, and there was another bed in one corner of the room. Not family friendly. There was no fresh air because of the small windows in the room. The only positive thing was that the food was very good.

The hotel was amazing, the surrounding area of the restaurant was very nice, good service and great food. The bistro was not so good. I waited a long time for the food which wasn’t the best but overall a good place and the leisure center was great too
The hotel itself is very nice. Dinner at the bar was disappointing, the table was not cleaned properly and the food was served on cold plates. The service at the bar for drinks and dinner is very poor, there are nice young people with little or no education, I’d say that’s down to the management. Breakfast was very good overall, not a bad hotel

The staff were very nice and the gardens were beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The bathroom was recently remodeled and looks great with the addition of a walk in shower…no step in the shower. I recommend the hotel, but be aware that the bed is a queen, not a double. So ask for a double bed. Overall a lovely stay at Anne’s and will definitely be back.
